You use it on real patients across normal appointments. If you decide to proceed, we ship a brand new unit and collect the trial. If not, we simply collect the trial — no purchase obligation. The DQ-80 handles ultrasonic scaling AND air polishing in a single unit — with a built-in water heater, automated self-cleaning, and a 7-inch touchscreen. For a multi-chair clinic, it consolidates what would typically be two pieces of capital equipment into one.
A 3-year manufacturer warranty covering manufacturing defects. The unit is assessed and repaired by our team — standard practice for capital equipment. We hold local Australian parts stock so warranty repairs are turned around quickly. Routine consumables (tips, nozzles, O-rings, powders) aren’t covered under warranty but are stocked locally for fast replacement orders.
